How to Set Up a Systematic Method for Data Collection
A systematic way to collect data is one part of the project plan that is often ignored until it’s too late. You can’t wait until training is over to decide to measure something and then expect to get meaningful results, especially the kind of results that show a real impact on the organization. When the program objectives have been defined during needs identification, the design team should devise a method for data collection to measure and track outcomes. This is done for two reasons:
