The same design team that writes the training modules also writes the corresponding cover sheets. Wait until the design team feels comfortable with module writing before you introduce the cover sheets—probably not until the third or fourth session. After that point, however, the cover sheet should be written as soon after writing each module as possible because it contains necessary information for on-site verification of the module, Step 6 of the eight-step process (discussed in chapter 8). As with the training modules, teams add their own style to the cover sheets to meet the needs of the work group.
