Abstract
This case study explores the journey of embedding Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) across a College, with a view to create a transformational shift across the full College provision. It highlights the importance of integrating PRME within College strategy and building relationships with a coalition of the willing. It also highlights different elements that can help to build an authentic new learning ecosystem within the College, such as cross-college collaborations, staff development, and innovative programme design.
