Learning About and from Measurement

Nothing is more important for transforming performance measurement than learning. Learning about and from performance measurement can make a huge difference in how people relate and respond to it—and to each other. In this chapter we discuss the importance of learning about using measurement transformationally and learning from measurement.

Most learning is informational, not transformational.
