What Is a Project Manager?
When I use the term “project manager,” I’m referring to businesspeople, generally holding business degrees, with significant training in project management and perhaps even strategic planning. These project managers lead a group of professionals to break down all the work necessary to accomplish major business efforts, determine and monitor budgets and schedules, lead people to achieve the objectives, and monitor and report the results. Essentially, they’re the people who accomplish the dreams of strategic planning.
