APPENDIX BTransformational Stewardship 360-degree Assessment
This Transformational Stewardship 360-degree Assessment is designed to enable individual leaders/managers (or those aspiring to become leaders) to determine the extent to which they are practicing the leadership skills of a transformational steward. The assessment consists of 48 questions covering the three broad areas and 16 attributes that define the characteristics of transformational stewards (see Table 3.2 and discussions in Chapter 3).
