Do you believe there is a massive shortage of career cybersecurity professionals?

I don't believe the skills gap is as wide as reported. With the ability for remote work, there are many qualified candidates, but if you are trying to source to one geographic region, then yes, the talent may be limited. In addition, with the shortage of skills, there has been an uptick in organizations that focus on learning and certifying for cyber skills and pulling candidates from other parts of the business.
