With comics there are lots of rumors and what not, so I can’t always ‘know’ if something I’m saying is for real, but I always use prep time to try to separate the signal from the noise. If I don’t take the time to prep well then I’ll end up saying something that is totally bogus and lose credibility. It is hard enough to gain credibility in the podcasting world (at least I think it is), and if you lose it then I think it will be really hard to get it back.”
