Description

Let’s face it, regardless of what you call the function in which you work—talent development, L&D, training—it is a support function. That is, it is not (usually) revenue producing (though I have been in entrepreneurial TD departments that are), and its members don’t always get a seat at the table from which you can contribute broadly to organizational strategy and initiatives.
