Description

Participants remember best what they just heard or experienced, making effective endings for your workshops critical. The ending is when participants organize all the content they’ve been exposed to by processing, reflecting, and thinking about its application. Many of us have been taught the concept, when preparing an essay or a presentation, to “tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them, and then tell them what you told them,” yet we still forget the last one, which is especially useful in training when there’s been a lot of content or it’s been a long training session.
