Besides the operations that have to be carried out by the TPM owner in order to properly install and configure a TP, other operations have to be performed during the lifetime of the platform in order to allow backup and recovery from possible failure. This section looks again at these concepts of migration and maintenance, but this time with a usage viewpoint (rather than the procedural viewpoint of Chapters 1 and 8).
