5Launch Preparation
When forming a TSP team, you must decide when to hold the launch and determine who will be on the team. Training is also critically important. All of the involved managers must either have participated in the TSP executive strategy seminar or received TSP management training. The team members must also be properly trained. Finally, once all of the team members are prepared, it is time to launch the project. The formal part of the teambuilding process starts at this point.
