1. The Team Leader

As team leader, you are responsible for a project and your job is to use your team to get the job done. While you are the leader for all of the people on the team, you may not be their manager. Leaders must often lead groups that do not report to them. For good leaders, this is rarely a problem: people like to be led; they don’t like being managed.
