15. Developing the Team
Even after you and your team coach have prepared the team and formed it into a cohesive unit in the team launch, you have more work to do. You must still grow and develop your team. You would never expect a football or soccer team to play at its best the first time it went onto the field. Development teams must also build and hone their skills.
