I arrived at Jeff’s house for our final coaching session on a rainy, chilly Tuesday morning. Despite the weather, I could immediately sense Jeff’s enthusiasm, and I wondered what was going on.
“Hey, Ryan,” Jeff bellowed as he opened the door. “Today is graduation day! Glad you made it on time. I could hardly wait for you to get here so I could hear about your visit with Ralph. I make it a point of visiting his station frequently because I’ve learned so much from him and his firefighting team over the years.”
