Between poetry and painting

The typewriter is a printing press. But working with the platen of a typewriter does not feature in any book on printmaking methods, even though such books offer an overview of everything from the immediacy of mono printing and rubber stamping, to the traditional fine-art processes of etching or engraving, to the reinvention of once commercial processes such as letterpress and screenprinting.
