I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Building the Source Yourself
You can download the source directly from www.apache.org/. The latest version at the time of this writing is 2.4.2, although stable 2.2.x and 2.0.x versions are still supported and available. Although many sites continue to use older versions like those in the 1.3 series for script and other compatibility reasons, most sites are migrating to or are starting out using the latest stable version. We strongly recommend you use a currently supported, stable version for your site. The site may also have a beta release available during its development cycle. Feel free to use this for testing, but you should not use a beta release on a production server.
