So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Many things can make a website a success or a complete failure. In Chapter 9, Scraping tools, we talked about a real estate website that can't be launched without content. On many websites, content is the number-one feature. Amazon.com could be the best website in the world, but if it doesn't have the book you are looking for, you will go somewhere else.
For other websites, functionality is the number-one feature. A website such as Trello.com is a success because you can move cards from one list to another easily and intuitively.
