I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Experienced in virtually every aspect of workforce selection and management, Nick completed consulting engagements in nine counties and worked for organizations including the Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Family of Companies, CIGNA Corporation, The Vanguard Group of Investment Companies, and the U.S. Army.
Nick’s previous books include On Staffing: Advice and Perspectives from HR Leaders (John Wiley & Sons, 2003) and Outsourcing: The Definitive View, Applications and Implications (John Wiley & Sons, 2006).
