After the hard work of research and analysis, finally you understand the design problem—or at least come close. Perhaps you even had your first glimpse of a solution. Buoyed with excitement or, more realistically, pressured by deadlines, it’s tempting to kid yourself that you’ve experienced that breakthrough moment—a design epiphany.
