It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
Chapter 8 describes how to reduce the effects of the errors in positioning using differential positioning techniques, in which a measurement done at a reference receiver at a precisely known position is used along with some of its derivatives. In this chapter, first the basic idea of differential positioning is elucidated and then the different options of the correcting ranges differentially are briefly mentioned. This is followed by a brief review of the types of errors, which is very important to understand the differential techniques.
