Call Routing

Taking advantage of a digital assistant (“Siri, call Cisco TAC”) is now an easy way to call family, friends, and businesses. Though this engagement may seem simple, a plethora of technical operations are happening in the background to make this call routing magic occur. This chapter provides insights into how SBCs play a role in routing calls across enterprise and service provider networks.
