Now that the enterprise-focused value chain has been enabled, what is required to extend the value chain coordination to include our supply chain partners? If you thought effective management of the enterprise enablers was a challenge, just wait. There are some conditions in the extended value chain that make integration, communication, and collaboration with other players in our supply chain even more difficult.
