I promised to provide a functional view of the financial services industry, an understanding of the standards and tools in place today, and the importance of understanding applied linguistics in viewing the issues the industry faces. I hope at this point, these basic pillars have built a foundation for you to examine and analyze the deeper challenges presented by language and language change within Communities of Practice.
