We have extensively used two survey tools from Human Synergistics International in our organizational development work within the US and across the globe. These are:

•   Organization Culture Inventory® (OCI®): used to assess the culture of an organization in terms of behavioral norms and expectations (Current Culture) and shared values (Ideal Culture)

•   Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI): used to assess the personal orientations of individual members and leaders in terms of their thinking and behavioral styles
