Keyword on an association end or attribute indicating that the collection of objects that form the value is a subset of the collection of objects forming the value of another designated association end or attribute.

Sometimes the same property (an association end or attribute) can be modeled at more than one level of granularity, a general level covering several cases and a more specific level divided into more specific cases. If one property is declared as a subset of another property, the set of values for the first property is a subset of the values for the second property.
