Community

A great organization shares a lot in common with a great community.

Imagine an ideal community. It may be large or small, located anywhere—someplace you would like to live, or at least spend some time. Your community is filled with kind, welcoming people. They work and play well together, minimize in-fighting and competition, and see the best in one another. Maybe this community has a purpose or purposes such as tending bees and producing honey, or researching medical treatments. Whatever purpose, people are interested in their work, are eager to both teach and learn, and are collaborative in style.
