Collective Resilience

Individual resilience is our ability to bounce back from adversity, and collective resilience is the group or community analog. When we’re resilient as individuals, we rely on a number of skills and personal resources to get us through difficult situations. When we have resilience as a collective, we rely on a number of individuals to get us through. Collective resilience is the safety net we weave together as a work team, a family, or a community.
