Introduction

Design is the language of contemporary sustainable problem-solving. While we are able to solve the challenges that the natural world poses to us by creating ways to subvert or eliminate aspects that may be inconvenient to our rise as the dominant species on this planet. We managed it through the wiles of our intellect, and with it we stuck with what worked.
