Unlearning the Obstacles to Unlearning

Unlearning requires courage, curiosity, and being comfortable with getting uncomfortable. To achieve the aspirations and outcomes we desire, we must let go of unworkable values, assumptions, and beliefs that block or inhibit our future development. We have to be open to accept that our existing conditioning may be limiting our future success.
Often the most challenging obstacle to unlearning is ourselves: our old thought patterns that make us blind to new possibilities and new ways of improving.
