Just What Do We Mean by Analytics?
Knowing what’s meant when we talk about analytics is another key to understanding how and why you’re attempting to use analytics for your UX project. In Chapter 1, we learned to distinguish between UI and UX and to help others understand that as well. Having that knowledge is foundational to everything you do as a UX professional.
In this chapter, we’ll explore several factors of UX analytics as the foundation for the remainder of topics that will be covered in further chapters.
