So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
This chapter introduces a new concept of unmanned aerial vehicles called smart flying platforms (SFPs). The main objective of this chapter is to evaluate how SFPs in the present and the near future can play a crucial role to help in the evaluation and relief aid in the case of a national emergency, such as terrorist attacks or epidemics.
