WHAT IS INVENTING SOLUTIONS?
In this stage of the process, the goal is to be as generative as possible. The key element of the creative process is ideation—inventing a large number of possibilities. In order to do this, you must move through your initial ideas, to get to the middle and late ideas that are the truly innovative ones. After that, you can then cull your ideas, eventually settling on the best ones to develop into a final product.
