The templates in this toolkit will help guide your use of the seven learning 4.0 practices. Use them for learning on your own, when you are learning with others, or when you are helping others learn.
Practice 1: Hear the Call to Learn
Why?
To make your need or interest explicit and to be sure your learning motivation is clear. If you are on a team, make sure there is agreement on what is driving the team agenda.
How?
Ask:
• What is calling you or your team to learn?
• Where is the call to learn coming from?
• What change or development is it asking for?
• Is it connected to deeper fundamental needs, life stage challenges, shadows, values, or archetypes?
