Crafting a Meaningful Product Strategy
Setting a relevant product strategy is one of the most critical aspects of successful product teams, but it can be overwhelming. A quick internet search will turn up dozens, if not hundreds, of ways to set your product strategy. But how do you select the best-fitting option for your team?
It’s not my intention to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each method. First, I don’t know all of them. Second, I don’t think it matters.
