Product professionals cannot thrive without meaningful relationships. That’s the foundation of collaboration. Up to now, we have explored different aspects of working with product teams. In certain ways, we touched on the importance of building relationships, but not deeply enough.
I used to think that building the product was the biggest challenge of product management. It takes a lot of energy to understand what to focus on, and then you realize it doesn’t work and you need to change it.
