UPGRADE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The SAP system upgrade is a complex project and should be managed as such. Therefore, the project manager should be experienced in managing complex ICT or Business Affecting projects. The SAP upgrade requires a project team, which includes staff with several skill sets and different backgrounds.
