This guide provides information pertaining to project planning, scheduling, and the earned value management system (EVMS) required by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5000.2 and the Defense Acquisition Guidebook. It should be useful to project managers, program managers, functional managers, project control managers, contract managers, and others involved in project management.
