CMMM^©—A Case Study Application

The previous chapter discussed the development of the Contract Management Maturity Model (CMMM^©) as well as the Contract Management Maturity Assessment Tool (CMMAT^©). As previously discussed, the CMMM is designed for helping buying and selling organizations focus on the key areas of process improvement.
