By now you’ve seen a lot of statistics that all say the same thing: Workplace loyalty is dead or dying. A 2011 Careerbuilder.com study found that 76% of full-time workers would leave their current workplace immediately if the right opportunity presented itself. A 2012 MetLife survey of employee benefits, trends, and attitudes revealed that workplace loyalty is at a seven-year low, with one out of every three employees saying they plan to leave their jobs by the end of the year.
