Chapter 5. Getting Started with a Use-Case Modeling Workshop

Workshops are an excellent way to bring people together and accomplish a great deal in a short period of time. When properly planned and executed, workshops can produce dramatic results. In this chapter we describe how to get started with use cases using a workshop approach, which is in our experience the best and fastest way to get results. It also provides the best way to establish a common understanding of the problems to be solved and to build a team to jointly find solution to these problems.
