It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In Use ClickOnce to Deploy Windows Applications, you have learned how to deploy Windows applications quickly and easily using the new ClickOnce technology in Visual Studio 2005. You have also learned how to use the Code Access Security to define the necessary security permissions in your ClickOnce applications.
