One of the characteristics of a job that distinguishes it from others is the physical environment in which people work. Do they have the tools they need? Is the environment pleasant? Does it inspire creativity? Does it support collaboration and bring people together in a way that enables each person to be the best that they can possibly be? Does it define who they are as a team?
