Running a WIW

Organizing a WIW and running it is rather fun and easy, even if you are an external consultant or contractor. You can go through the following checklist or keep it entirely free-form, but the most important thing is to keep the atmosphere informal, where communication thrives and new ideas can easily emerge. 

  1. Invite participants: You should invite at least the key people of the four amigo meeting from Chapter 2, User Story Map-Requirements by Collaboration and Sticky Notes. If you have the business representative, the developer, the tester, and the UX expert, you can think of adding more people.
