Sum of all maps

The 4D user experience map is a visualization of the whole user experience. Similar to the first map we created in the Chapter 1, How will UX Mapping Change Your (Users') Life?, it is a communication tool. We will improve the users' lives by filling the web with easy-to-use and beautiful websites. We will start with the website of a restaurant. 

The 4D UX Map has a narrative flow, composed of events and milestones, similar to the user story map, from Chapter 2, User Story Map - Requirements by Collaboration and Sticky Notes. Events grouped into milestones form the backbone of the 4D UX Map. We map every achievement the user has on the road to reach the opportunity, and this will form the horizontal axis of the map.
