The Touchstone Exercise

The touchstone exercise has been a component of LeaderLab since 1990 (when the pilot programs began). During this time, I have facilitated it in approximately thirty programs with over 600 participants. Because it is important to understand the context within which it occurs, I will begin by describing the program’s intent and basic structure.
