The Use of Nontraditional Classroom Components in Development Programs
Can nontraditional techniques enhance leadership development programs? I believe they can. I will begin by making some general statements about their use in such programs and then discuss more specifically the roles that artists, emotions, and program configuration play in the delivery of nontraditional program components. Finally, I will conclude with some thoughts about the transferability of the touchstone exercise to other settings and on the relationship in general between art and leadership.
