Appendix A: LeaderLab Program Content and Structure

The stated purpose of the LeaderLab program is “to encourage and enable leaders to take more effective actions in their leadership situations.” This embodies the idea that the leader of the future needs the resources to act, and not just reflect, in order to confront the serious challenges that await him or her.
