This chapter explains how to install and work with applications as well as how to find, copy, move, and delete files and folders.
Applications are the heart and soul of any computer. In this chapter, I concentrate on how to handle application windows on the desktop and how to handle the files that applications create. Think of this as an overview that will apply to all the applications I discuss individually in subsequent chapters.
