9. Emailing and Chatting Online

This chapter covers the features of the two communication applications—Mail and iChat—including making presentations in video chats and screen sharing.

Mac OS X is bundled with two communication applications—Mail and iChat. Mail is for sending and receiving email, as I’m sure you guessed, and iChat is for sending and receiving instant messages. Both are best-of-breed, full-featured applications that provide you with everything you need and some handy extras as well.
